Abby Martin is a leader who currently serves as President at Amplēo HR, where she guides strategy and operations. She has a long professional background, including over a decade at Google, where she had influential roles such as Strategy and Ops Manager and Senior HR Business Partner. In these roles, Abby was skilled in talent management, organizational design, and supporting workforce productivity across large global organizations. Her experience also includes Head of People roles at ZEFR and Aktify, where she concentrated on developing high-performing teams and carrying out HR strategies to support business growth.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Abby is dedicated to community involvement. As a founding member and original Team Captain of Kids Join the Fight, a non-profit dedicated to pediatric cancer research and awareness, she started the first west coast chapter in Newport Beach. Under her guidance, the chapter has enlisted 15 families and raised over $30,000 through community events, receiving national recognition on the Today Show. Her commitment extends to other organizations, including HOMEAID and Newport Mesa Public Schools, where she has volunteered and led, showing a passion for making a positive impact in the community.
